Sherri Kalishman :: Director of Education
My name is Sherri and I am the Director of Education for Express Training Services. I have been in the medical field for most of my life. My father was an owner/administrator of several health care facilities with on-site training for the employees. When I was a little girl, I used to love going to work with my father and spending time with the residents and staff. The nursing staff treated the residents like they were family. This is how I was introduced to the medical field. At the time, there was little turnover in the health care field. Growing up, I knew I wanted to be a nurse. I received my BSN at Binghamton University in 1986. During the course of my career as a registered nurse, I have worked in various acute and long-term care settings. I especially enjoy teaching entry level health care workers and providing them with the loving environment that my mentors provided for me. I am very focused on leading with example at Express Training. Being able to provide quality education in an ever changing health care environment is a challenging and rewarding experience for all of us. The result is, not only assisting adult learners to make the first step into the medical field, but encouraging them to embrace their career choice and realize their goals.

It is my hope that everyone loves their job as much as I love mine. We're successful and have helped over 6,000 people change their lives. How cool is that? Go Gators!

Nicole Schellpeper :: Office Manager
Thank you for taking the time to find out a little about Express Training and its instructors. My name is Nicole and I teach CNA as well as BLS CPR for healthcare providers. I knew after some changes in my life that I wanted to work in the healthcare field, but teaching turned out to be an added plus to that journey! Not many people can say that they love their job or the people that they work with, but I have been truly blessed to look forward to work every day. As with most of my students, I plan to further my education and continue to grow in every area of my life, and it is from my students that I am inspired to do just that. I believe in not only giving students the knowledge to succeed in this path they have begun, but also helping them have the self-confidence to keep on succeeding. This is just the first step in the great things yet to come!!!!
